Scope and contents
Many Standing and Ad Hoc committees met at various times throughout the year (sans annual convention) and these reports, minutes and notes are included in Series III. Typically, in the Fall, Executive Committee members met to discuss the up-coming convention, hear committee reports, set agendas and evaluate the weaknesses and/or merits of that year's previous convention.
