Scope and contents
This series provides a glimpse into the fifty years that Dr. E. A. Jones served as a professor of languages at Morehouse College. Materials can be found about the alumni association, the board of trustees, committees, conferences, reports and publications. Dr. Jones served as Chairman of the Modern Foreign Languages Department. This sub-series also contains course materials from classes that Dr. Jones taught at Morehouse College, Atlanta University, Clark College, Morris Brown College and Spelman College. In addition, this sub-series contains course outlines, correspondence, exams, language institute programs, student papers and syllabi. Dr. Jones was the coordinator of the Merrill Junior-Year Abroad Program at Morehouse, and these materials include applications, awards letters, correspondence, newsletters, reports and syllabi.
