Assembled together are newspaper articles and pictures depicting people, places, organizations, and events which were a part of Dr. Bacote's life. Bacote's father, wife, and daughter are profiled in several articles, as are local African American political and academic figures such as Maynard Jackson and Rufus Clement. Many of the organizations he belonged to are documented in articles, as are the institutions he served. Keeping with his personal and professional interests, Dr. Bacote also gathered dozens of articles forcusin on Atlanta history, local and national politics, and election results.
