Scope and Contents

This series includes oral history interviews, photographs, and videos collected by students in the program on their travels outside of Atlanta, Georgia. In addition to the elders sharing their life experiences, these interviews cover subjects such as the Civil Rights movement, racism, culture, and other subjects more specific to each location.

This collection is completely digital. Part of the collection is available to view in RADAR in The Spelman Independent Scholars Oral History Project collection.
