Scope and contents
The Alcoholism Counselor Training Program Series was established to train counselors working with individuals struggling with alcoholism and their families. The Office of Economic Opportunity awarded a grant to Economic Opportunity Atlanta (EOA), Inc., which subsequently subcontracted the Atlanta University School of Social Work to implement the training.
The series contains materials related to the program, including course objectives, budgets, correspondence, training modules, monthly reports, assessment tools, and other administrative records generated as part of the program’s daily operations.
