Conferences, 1970-1981
Scope and contents
The Research Demonstration Center Series primarily consists of records related to four grants administered and managed by the department. These grants include the Black Stylization and Implication for Child Welfare Project (BSICWP), Leadership Development Project (LDP), Multi-Cultural In-Service Education (MCISE), and the Training of Personnel for Services to Black Families (TPSBF). They were funded by federal agencies such as the U.S. Department of Health, Education, and Welfare.
In addition to the grant documentation, the series contains the administrative files of the Research Demonstration Center that reflect the department’s broader activities. Materials include correspondence, reports, financial records, student papers, printed material, course materials, and faculty-related documents.
