These papers deal with Towns’ involvement with Harvard alumni. The correspondence is mainly donation appeals from Harvard. The Harvard 1900 Fund for Atlanta University was an effort by Towns to raise money from his classmates for an endowment for AU. The ephemera includes three issues of "The Crimpoon," a bulletin published by and for the Class of 1900: May 1939, September 1950, May 1958. (See also Series K - Printed and Published Materials.)
