Scope and contents
The organizations represented herein are those with which Towns was affiliated. The materials for the Atlanta University Alumni Association, the Atlanta Urban League, and the First Congregational Church consist mainly of programs, reports and newsletters. The Fort Valley Normal and Industrial School materials are miscellaneous programs, letters and essays from his tenure at the school.
