This series is perhaps the largest of the collection. Divided into 33 subseries and files, this series follows the career of Judge Irvin C. Mollison and the volunteer work of Alice Mollison. The subseries include biographical sketches, correspondence, legal materials, financial materials, photographs and real estate information. The series also includes family tree information for both the Mollisons and the Ruckers and records related to the national bar association.

This series is divided into seven subseries that relate to Annie Long Rucker and in some cases her husband, Henry A. Rucker, Sr. The subseries include correspondence, diplomas, financial material, information relating to Annie L. Rucker's memorial, photographs of Annie Rucker and the family, real estate information and school records.

The photographs series is arranged into 7 files. The photographs and slides contained in the series are either those of unidentified individuals, photographs of scenery from the family’s travels or photographs of friends and distant relatives, but not immediate family.
