The WPA and the Anti-imperialist Socialist Revolution
Scope and Contents
Walter Rodney was one of the most popular and acclaimed leaders in WPA, an alliance of organizations that evolved into a political party. This small series contains documents that provide an overview of how the WPA was organized and some of their political positions on such issues as elections, constitutional change, and opposition to the government of Prime Minister Forbes Burnham and his political party the Peoples National Congress (PNC). The documents in this series are mimeograph and photocopies.

Photocopying is not permitted of Walter Rodney's unpublished writing, his drafts of works that have been published, nor his lectures and lecture notes.

Audio recordings are for research and study and no copying is permitted.
Materials with personal identification information such as social security, passport, and financial account numbers, as well as student evaluations and reference letters for students and colleagues have been isolated in Series M: Restricted Materials, and are not available for review.
