The records in this series provide personal and professional information on Dr. Bacote, his father the Reverend Samual Bacote, and other members of his family. There are several items which focus on Dr. Bacote's membership in professional and social fraternities, correspondence, and postcards regarding his retirement, and even his death in 1981. Also included are invitations to events, conference memborabilia, and other special occassions.
