University/Student Records, 1925-1982

The contents of this series relate to the administrative and teaching duties of Dr. Bacote at Atlanta University and Morehouse College. Included are some of his notes and examinations as a student at the University of Kansas and the University of Chicago. Dr. Bacote was the Chairman for the Department of HIstory at Atlanta University. Included in the administrative records are departmental reports, memos, and minutes of faculty meetings. Much of the rest of the material consists of papers, tests and tape recordings from Dr. Bacote's students and some of his own work as a graduate student.
