These records were gathered by Paschall and the ACRC to support their efforts in the community. The files contain reports, statistics, and newspaper clippings that document discrimination, police abuses of power, and efforts to integrate the public schools. Of special interest are the neighborhood studies which survey the conditions of Atlanta's disadvantaged areas.
