Audio Cassette Tapes, 1973-1977

This series is comprised of twenty audio cassette tapes, primarily interviews Stoelting conducted with Hale Woodruff, his colleagues and students. In some instances individuals were sent written questions and they recorded their responses on audio cassette tape. This includes two such tapes made by Hale Woodruff, of which there is a copy of the typed transcript in Series A. There is also one tape of a forum about the Atlanta University Art Collection held at the High Museum (Atlanta, Georgia) November 12, 1973. Use copies of the tapes has been made for research. The original tapes do not circulate.
