Scope and contents
The Atlanta University Center (AUC) Votes Coalition records contain materials related to the activities of the coalition during the 2020 and 2021 election years. The collection consists of event materials, such as flyers, screenshots of Instagram posts, photographs of Zoom events, and videos of events. It also includes logos from the various organizations involved in the campaigns. The collection contains meeting agendas and minutes, as well as correspondence, such as emails. Additionally, the collection includes social media sites created by the organization, such as their Instagram page and pages from organizations associated with AUC Votes. The majority of the materials are dated from 2020 to 2021. The collection covers the 2020 presidential election and the 2021 Georgia Senate Runoff elections.

The Atlanta University Center Votes Coalition, referred to as AUC Votes, is a coalition of non-partisan civic engagement-oriented organizations in the Atlanta University Center. Students from each of the campuses participated in the coalition. During the 2020 and 2021 elections, the organization created a digital strategy to engage all eligible voters in the AUC. Several organizations from the campuses were involved. Organizations included were Spelman's Chapter of the Andrew Goodman Foundation, Spelman College Social Justice Program, Spelman and Morehouse Chapters of National Action Network, Spelman and Morehouse Student Government Associations, Spelman's Chapter of the NAACP, Fair Fight U, Collegiate 100, and CAU Votes.

This collection is divided into five series, two of which have been further divided into subseries: 1. Agendas and Meeting Minutes; 2. Correspondence; 3. Events; 4. Logos; and 5. Websites. The contents of the series have been arranged alphabetically or chronologically. See series notes for each series for more details.
