Included in this series are framed pictures of Dr. Bacote in formal poses and at ceremonies which featured such people as Roy Wilkins, Lillian Smith, and Maynard Jackson, then Mayor of Atlanta. Very prominent in the collection are framed citations and plaques honoring his service in government, historical groups, and to Atlanta University and Morehouse College, including two awards dedicated posthumously.
