Schools and Special Activities, 1939-1995

This series includes photographs of students and faculty attending events, seminars, and classroom activity from different departments such as Arts and Sciences, Business Administration, Library Service, Summer School, Education, and Social Work. Other Photographs include group portraits of the students and faculty from these schools, and programs such as the People’s College, the Army Administration School, and the Veterans Administration. Images of prominent individuals in this series include Langston Hughes, Whitney Young, Maynard Jackson, and Walter White.
