Local Arrangements Committee, 1983-1991

The Organizational Files series includes administrative files such as copies of the NCOBPS constitution and bylaws, as well as materials from meetings such as the executive council and business meetings. It includes materials on committees such as nominating, international linkage, twentieth anniversary commission, program, local arrangements, and book awards. A portion of the series includes materials pertaining to members. These materials include membership lists, applications (individual, student, and institutional), membership renewals, and executive director materials such as correspondence and reports. The Presidents sub-series includes materials from Mamie Locke's time at Hampton University. The series also contains financial materials such as invoices, purchase orders, financial reports, and receipts. Formats of the materials include correspondence, notes, meeting minutes, reports, agendas, and memos.
