This series consists of documents pertaining to proposed amendments to the Guardsmen's National Constitution, as well as a copy of the Constitution and bylaws. The proposed articles to be amended are Articles VIII, which would extend membership to emeritus members (those guardsmen over 70 with 20 years of experience who are no longer active but wish to retain their rank for sentimental reasons), and Article VI Section 5, which would allow hosting chapters to charge emeritus members so that the hosting chapter may supplement its budget for weekend get-togethers.
