This sub-series is comprised of correspondence and backing files between Costen and other members of the ITC administration group with potential and active funders. During Costen's tenure at the ITC, he was sucessful an dillegent in fundraising and growing the ITC, increasing students, donations, and grants to the Center. These records reflect that work.
