Scope and Contents The Administrative series includes correspondence and other materials pertaining to the administration of the HTET. The files are arranged alphabetically by subject matter/surname of correspondent. Scope and Content The records of the Neighborhood Union Collection include correspondence, speeches, financial reports, minutes, committee reports, news clippings, programs, photographs, scrapbooks and additional memorbilia preserving a rich legacy and history of one of the earliest private social welfare organizations founded by African American women in Atlanta. The collection reveals much about its founder, Lugenia Burns Hope and the interrelationships of social service agencies and pioneers in this field...
