The Chautauqua Circle collection spans the years between 1913 and 2010. The bulk of the collection dates from the late 1970s to the early 1990s. The collection includes materials related to the anniversary celebrations, committees, events and meetings. It also contains correspondence, directories, financial records, member and speaker information, and year books. There are also folders relating to the subjects they research and general information about the Circle itself.

Scope and contents This archival collection was donated in January 2007 during the chapter's 75th Anniversary. The collection primarily documents the activities on the campus of Clark Atlanta University and in metropolitan Atlanta in which the ladies of Sigma Chapter sponsored or participated. In addition, the collection also contains annual reports, reports on specific events, and a collection of the Association's printed materials, which includes meeting invitations, brochures, event notifications, and committee lists.
